2005:
On December 17, 2004 a complete new Text-Only tool was brought
online called LUCI [http://luci.sourceforge.net/]

This new version provides greater support of documents found within
the UNCC.EDU Web Environment. Special thanks to Scott Lundgren of
UNCC ITS-Web Services for working with the initial developer and
making it work with our infrastructure.

2002 to 2004:
Originally the parser was based on another open source tool called:
Betsie [http://betsie.sourceforge.net/] This older application could not
properly handle redirects and non-HTML documents.
